Structure:
The core is woven stainless steel/manganese steel mesh or slotted screen. Its periphery is vulcanized or injection-molded with rubber or PU material for sealing, shock absorption and anti-loosening protection.
Production Process：
1.Cutting and shaping metal wire mesh with tolerance controlled within ±0.2mm
2.High-temperature mixing of rubber raw materials, vulcanization temperature: 160-180℃
3.Integral compression edge forming, pressure holding time: 25-40 seconds
4.Trimming and quality inspection, full testing of pressure resistance and sealing performance
