Pre-installation Preparation：

• Clear any debris and rust from the screen machine’s crossbeam and mounting slots, ensuring the installation surface is level.
• Check that the equipment is free from deformation and that all components are present and in good condition.
• Verify that the screen mesh specifications are compatible with the equipment, confirm the direction of material flow, and ensure it is not installed in the wrong direction.

Installation Steps for Hook-Type Screen Mesh：

(Anti-clogging Model Recommended)

• Ensure that the hooks on one side of the screen mesh are fully engaged in the equipment’s slots, with no raised edges or gaps.
• Stretch the screen mesh and secure the hooks on the other side, ensuring the screen surface is flat and free of creases.
• Tighten the bolts evenly at the diagonals, applying moderate tension (the mesh should remain flexible and able to vibrate).
• Fit the pressure strips and sealing strips to prevent material leakage.
• Run the machine empty for 5 minutes; if there are no unusual noises and the screen does not run off-centre, the installation is deemed satisfactory.

Installation Procedure for Bolt-Fixed Screen Plates：

(Heavy-Duty Applications)

• Secure and level the equipment base.
• Fit the screen plates in sequence, ensuring they are flush and the gaps are even.
• Fit the clamping strips and tighten the bolts diagonally in stages.
• Seal any gaps, check that everything is secure, and then carry out a no-load test run.

Key Points to Note：

• Correct Tension: If too loose, material will become blocked; if too tight, the screen mesh may tear. Ensure normal deformation and vibration.
• Secure Hooks: Ensure all clips are firmly engaged to prevent them from coming loose due to vibration.
• Selection Based on Operating Conditions: For wet or sticky materials, the hook-type design is recommended as it provides the best anti-blocking performance.
• Daily Maintenance: Do not strike the screen surface with force. Regularly check that bolts and clamping strips are securely fastened.

Acceptance Criteria：

The screen surface must be level and free from looseness; all fittings must be secure and complete; the machine must run smoothly during idle operation; and there must be no blockages or material leakage during feeding.
