Manufactured from high-manganese silicon wire rod, the warp and weft screen bars are secured using full-penetration or skip-welding (with multiple weld points per aperture) and undergo high-temperature quenching heat treatment after forming. The screen bars are 20–30% thicker than those in standard woven mesh, creating a rigid screen surface specifically designed for heavy-duty impact and high-throughput screening.
