The polyurethane anti-blocking self-vibrating screen mesh utilises high-frequency vibration as its core mechanism, significantly increasing the speed at which material passes through the screen surface. Its unique polyurethane material offers high elasticity; during operation, the elastic deformation automatically clears the screen apertures, effectively preventing material blockages. When processing Italy’s abundant marble ore reserves, screening efficiency is improved by approximately 50% compared to traditional screens. This enables the rapid separation of ore of different particle sizes, providing efficient support for subsequent processing and effectively driving the upgrade of local ore industry production capacity.
