Ore vibrating screen mesh: the wear-resistant guardian of high temperature mines in Germany

2026-03-13

In 800℃ sinter ore screening condition, the screen mesh is made of heat-resistant alloy steel (1.4845 grade) with ceramic fiber insulation. The coefficient of thermal expansion matching design ensures structural stability at high temperatures. The Duisburg steel plant application proves that continuous hot screening for 6 months without deformation, wear resistance maintains more than 90% of the initial value.
