German wear-resistant solution for ore vibrating screen mesh

German engineers developed self-cleaning wear-resistant screen surface for sticky and wet ore clogging and wear problems. The polyurethane elastomer screen holes are designed with a rebound angle of >85°, and with the ultrasonic anti-adhesion system, the wear rate is reduced by 52% in limonite screening. Feedback from mines in North Rhine-Westphalia shows that the screen life under wet and sticky conditions still reaches 4,500 hours, far exceeding the industry average.
