Anti-slip perforated treadplates in the German bridge industry
2025-03-04
In a renovation project for a municipal bridge in Berlin, Germany, non-slip perforated step plates were used as treads for the bridge maintenance access. They are weather-resistant and can be adapted to the changing climate conditions in Germany. The perforated structure helps water to drain away, avoiding safety hazards caused by standing water and ice. During the daily maintenance of the bridge, the staff feel smooth and safe walking on it, which greatly improves the efficiency of the maintenance work, and at the same time, it also becomes an important facility for the safety and security of the bridge.
